PRICES & PAYMENT TERMS

WSL have no minimum order value but better prices can be obtained for larger orders that are being shipped direct to your own premises. Please speak to the sales office for more information.
Prices shown do not include VAT, which will be charged at the current applicable rate.
WSL try to maintain prices, however in today's volatile trading prices are liable to change without notice.
Where account facilities have been agreed, payment terms are on a strictly nett monthly account basis.
Our site uses Sage Pay for all Credit and Debit card transactions and it is 100% secure.
After payment your credit card details will NOT be kept on file and are NEVER available to us, allowing you to buy online with confidence.

UK DELIVERY

UK mainland Orders are normally delivered within 3- 5 working days, often sooner. Outside the UK orders may take slightly longer to arrive.
If an item is out of stock we will inform you of such before we despatch the goods.
Orders are sent via a carefully selected carrier: the cost is calculated at the checkout.
All deliveries must be signed accordingly. NO claims can be entered into after goods have been signed for in good condition.
It is a legal requirement that goods can be inspected prior to signing.
Goods can be collected by your choice of carrier for onward supply to yourself or your customer, prior notice is required for packing.

SPECIFICATION CHANGES

WSL operates a policy of constant improvement therefore we reserve the right to change minor specifications when necessary and without notice.

TITLE OF GOODS/ENGLISH LAW

It is a condition of sale that goods remain the property of Warrior Stoves Ltd. until payment is received in full. All orders will be treated as contracts under English Law.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website within 14 days of receipt of the goods for a full refund. The customer will be responsible for returning the goods in their original packaging and for any charges involved in returning the goods. We recommend that when returning items, recorded delivery is used as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
